In a market where first impressions happen in eleven seconds, a generic identity wasn't just aesthetically disappointing — it was commercially dangerous. We were brought in to give Vertex the visual language its technology deserved: precise, kinetic, and impossible to ignore.
In a sea of fintech brands competing for the same venture dollars, Vertex had a compelling product but no presence. Their existing mark was indistinguishable from dozens of competitors — built in PowerPoint, never revised.

Competitive mapping of 80 fintech brands. Identified a precise gap: authoritative precision paired with kinetic energy.
Visual Identity System
Developed the Vertex mark — a geometric form that distills both direction and momentum, built on a strict 8pt grid.
Motion Language
Designed a proprietary easing curve library — 12 curves that give every Vertex animation its unmistakable signature.
Brand Rollout
Delivered 12 production-ready brand applications: pitch deck, website guidelines, LinkedIn templates, and event collateral.
