A 72% cart abandonment rate on mobile and a static product discovery experience were costing millions annually. We reimagined every touchpoint of their purchase journey: from how customers found products, to the motion language of the checkout, to the speed of the final confirmation.

Journey Mapping
Recorded and analyzed 400 real user sessions. Identified 14 friction points across the full purchase journey.
Editorial Commerce
Redesigned product discovery as an editorial experience — stories and context around products, not just specifications and prices.
Motion Checkout
Collapsed a 7-screen checkout to 3 steps with a sticky progress indicator and micro-animated state confirmations.
Performance Engineering
Rebuilt on edge-cached static rendering with adaptive image loading. Mobile PageSpeed jumped from 31 to 94.
