Axiom
Axiom Technologies came to us with a 200,000-user enterprise platform that had aged into a liability. Built over seven years, the product had accumulated technical debt and interaction patterns that no longer reflected how modern teams work. Our mandate was total: reimagine the entire digital experience from the ground up — and ship it without breaking production for a single user.
A platform used by 200,000 professionals had become a barrier rather than a bridge. Seven years of incremental patches had created an interface that confused the very people it was meant to empower.
How we built it
Deep Discovery
Three weeks of intensive user research: 40 interviews, 6 contextual inquiries, and a full analytics audit spanning 18 months of behavioral data.
Design System Foundation
Built Axiom DS — 240 components with dark/light modes, motion tokens, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility baked in at every level.
Information Architecture
Collapsed 14 navigation sections into 4 primary flows. Reduced click-depth to critical actions by 58%, validated with tree testing.
Phased Rollout
Six-phase launch with live A/B testing. Each release monitored against 22 KPIs before progressing to the next gate.
The numbersdon't lie
Monument didn't just redesign our product. They changed how our entire team thinks about building software. The design system they delivered is the foundation we'll build on for the next decade.
